For context, I have bought and sold 3 houses prior to our experience with Michelle, and I must say that Michelle was by far my favorite realtor I've worked with. Selling our home, we engaged with a different realtor at first, but we were disappointed with the price range he was willing to list our home for. We did not want to be the customers who had an over-inflated sense of value of their home, but we truly felt like it was worth more, so we reached out to Michelle to get a second opinion because she had recently sold a home down the street from us for a very favorable price.After getting to know us, our desires, and our needs, Michelle immediately got to work running comps, answering our questions promptly, and truly working for us. Obviously real estate agents work for money, but we never got the sense that she was prioritizing her profits over getting a deal done, which made the selling process extremely quick, efficient, and pleasant.Michelle also was our buying agent. We provided her with a list of our requirements, and she also immediately got to work finding us homes. We did plenty of our own research, but we ultimately ended up buying a home she found. She was able to work out all the deals behind the scenes to get us a same-day closing (sale & purchase). Every part of the process she was involved with went extremely well.Michelle truly takes your concerns and questions into account, but most importantly she fights for you. We had a hiccup during closing because our buyers wanted to make two separate wires, and only one cleared on closing day. Upon hearing about this delay, she immediately hopped on the phone and started calling everyone even remotely adjacent to this problem to get the problem solved. As with any transaction there are many functions and situations that need to be handled on a day-to-day basis. What I love about Michelle is she handles every situation as-it-happens, and updates me with the result and or next steps. No waiting and or wondering. It is her communication that sets her apart. When I discovered that my son and I had to relocate, I was afraid that our possibilities were limited. Though out the entire process she was kind, patient, and attentive. Very easy to work with! Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable, I couldn't recommend her enough, she even drove 2 hours to meet an inspector for me because I was out of town!!

Most positive reviews say that the agent is professional, friendly and a hard worker. These are "run-of-mill" words in the real estate industry. Michelle has and surpasses those qualities. When I was looking for my new home, Michelle got involved. She wanted to know my likes, my dislikes ...the things that made up my home AND the space I worked from. She wanted to know : What made it safe, what made it fun, what made it inviting, what make it MINE. It did not matter if I wanted pink ceilings in a green room....she made it a point to know those things. Once fully involved in what my needs were, she set out with a passion to find that perfect place that would make me say "I'm home". I received daily updates on listings that might spark my interests. All were within my price range and preferred neighborhoods. No funky outliers that would provoke an instant NO. All were worthy contenders. Now for the persistence. I don't know if it was Michelle's tenacity or the market, but that "forever" place that made me dance came on the market. I thought I would never find it . This was a desirable property to many. But Michelle's persistence in directing me to that "Blair" home somehow won the day. Now that jewel in the crown is mine. Thank you Michelle.

She independently offered to help with a search to quickly and efficiently be able to take a look at rentals of my interest. After an initial search which only produced a few options, she took my needs and broke them down into much greater detail, which opened me up to the place I am grateful to be in today. I gave her a right deadline. January 1, 2023. After a few days a property that I had previously observed on a search was in her search and it surprised me the apartment was still on the market. After contacting the owner, reviewing the property and working with Michelle, I felt confident with this place moving forward. I plan to use Michelle again once I can find my forever home, but in the meantime I am grateful for her kindness and attention.

We wound up purchasing the first home that she showed us. Obviously she understood our requirements and we wasted her time looking further. But, of course, we had to do more looking to do our due diligence. Michelle was great and very easy to work with. But Michelle is the best realtor I have ever worked with and I have had many real estate transactions. She is dedicated, thorough, honest, efficient, caring, and kind. From the beginning to the end she was always on top of every detail. Her pricing was within the appropriate range and she did not try to over or under rate the property. She stood firm when low ball offers were made. Her marketing was exceptional and timely, but she did not exaggerate any claims. She was helpful in presenting the property in its best light including adding some decorating details which gave the house a homey feeling. I loved that she offered a home warranty plan for the time the house was on the market. That gave me peace of mind. I received documentation promptly throughout the process and was kept fully informed and knew what to expect; there were no surprises. She always communicated details of showings and provided feedback. She provided references for items that were tagged for repair in the inspection and helped schedule the appointments and was even sometimes there when I could not be. For some real estate can be a very emotional experience and Michelle is very sympathetic to her clients’ needs. She handled the closing with professional expertise. Michelle was always working it constantly marketing using every vehicle possible and following up immediately after every showing. Selling requires finding the right buyer and pointing out the features of your property that speaks best to that buyer. In my case Michelle had my property lit up like a model home and emphasized the “ready to move in” - contents included feature. In a tough market, it was just what our buyer needed.
