FALL in Florida!

rab your sweet tea (or your pumpkin spice — no judgment either way), because fall has officially arrived here on the West Coast of Florida, and I couldn't be more excited to share this season with you.

Many moons ago, I fell in love with this state, and my life here has always been so much more than real estate. It's celebrating love, life, and great times with the people I care about most — including my wonderful clients, neighbors, and friends. So before we talk houses, let's talk about what's actually going on around Tampa Bay this season, because the calendar is full of good stuff.

Here's a few notable happenings around Tampa Bay this fall:

Sept 11 – Oct 31

Howl-O-Scream returns to Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay transforms after dark on select nights, with haunted houses, scare zones, and live shows. Gates open at 5 p.m. for ticket holders, with the frights kicking off at 7. Not for the faint of heart, but so much fun if you're up for it.

Sat, Sept 19

Red Bull Dance Your Style National Final — Tampa

For the first time ever, Tampa hosts this street dance championship at the Tampa Convention Center. Sixteen of the country's best freestyle dancers battle to surprise tracks with no rehearsed routines, and the crowd votes live to crown the champion. Doors at 6:30 p.m.

Sun, Sept 20

Bucs kick off their home season

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers open at home against the Cleveland Browns at Raymond James Stadium, 1 p.m. kickoff. Nothing says fall in Tampa quite like game-day traffic and a stadium full of pewter and red.

Sat, Oct 10

Island Fest at Honeymoon Island

A full day of music, local vendors, and island vibes at Honeymoon Island State Park in Dunedin, starting at 10 a.m. One of my favorite excuses to head toward the water this time of year.

Sun, Oct 25

Halloween on Central — St. Pete

One of St. Pete's biggest street festivals shuts down 22 car-free blocks of Central Avenue from noon to 5 p.m., with costumes, candy stops, live music, and local vendors for every age. Bring the pups — there's a costume contest for them too.

Fri, Oct 30

Halloween Carnival in downtown Palm Harbor

The White Chapel turns into a haunted chapel, the Dancing Witch Troupe puts on a show, and there's a hayride, inflatables, and free trick-or-treating from local vendors, right here in our own backyard.

That's the beauty of this place: there's always something to celebrate, and always a reason to gather with the people who matter. Whether you're already home here in Tampa Bay or thinking about making a move, I would love nothing more than to help you find your own spot to enjoy it all from.

Wishing you and your family a season full of good weather, good company, and good memories.

Have a blessed weekend and a Happy Fall in Florida!
